Many people embark on a building project with little knowledge of what it is likely to cost them. The usual starting point is often to ask a builder to quote for the works, but this usually only paints part of the picture as they will exclude many items. We believe that it is important to have the whole picture and so offer exactly this service by preparing global cost estimates.
There is a huge benefit to having this cost advice before progressing with the designs. This can save on wasted design fees and set a budget for the designers to work to.
