We are experienced Project Managers and Chartered Surveyors who work closely with our clients from the outset to deliver exactly what they want.   • Andy McCarthy

    Andy McCarthy MSc MRICS

    After excelling at his Quantity Surveying MSc and graduating with a distinction Andy went on to work on a mixture of high end residential, mixed-use commercial and fast paced retail projects. To pursue his interest of residential building projects, Andy set up Run Projects to use his experience to make the development process simple and enjoyable for private clients.

    As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Andy always has an eye on costs to ensure clients achieve best value for money, while also delivering exceptional quality and service.

  • Kenelm Cornwall-Legh

    Kenelm Cornwall-Legh MRICS

    Kenelm has worked in the property industry for 17 years and has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor for over 10 years. He left the property giant CBRE in 2010 and has since been developing residential property. Kenelm co-founded a residential development company and delivered a number of successful projects, setting street records along the way.

    Kenelm has moved away from direct development to concentrate on managing private residential projects. He has used all his knowledge and contacts to deliver a wide range of exciting projects, working closely and successfully with clients and builders alike.

  • Alex Grima

    Alex Grima Consultant Project Manager MRICS

    Alex has worked in the property industry for 15 years, having started his career in the retail sector developing commercial sites for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets. He then moved into the commercial and residential sectors, firstly in London and then in the Middle East. With experience of working on single domestic house builds in London, to high end 50+ floor apartment developments in Dubai, Alex has a broad depth of understanding of residential projects.

    As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with considerable project management experience, Alex is well placed to deliver a wide range of construction projects, adding huge value to clients along the way.

  • Kate Strong

    Kate Strong Interior Design Consultant

    Kate has over a decades experience as a Buyer within the retail sector. Working primarily within Home Interiors, she has a wealth of design experience which includes preparing design briefs, creating mood boards and developing products. She has travelled extensively to source products, monitor forthcoming product trends and emerging trends, within the wider retail environment. Kate’s passion has always been Home Interiors and so, following a short career break to raise twins and undertake her own construction project, she has joined Run Projects where she can combine her love of both. Kate’s background means she has a natural flair for design but is also extremely client focussed and budget savvy.

We tell it as it is. Sometimes this may lose us the job as clients do not always want to hear how much a project will cost, but we believe in being honest and ensuring our clients make informed decisions.
Making things as easy to understand as possible, and avoiding misunderstandings.
We want our clients to avoid hidden extras.
Our fee structure is designed to keep it clear and simple for our clients. We don’t charge a percentage as we want to help our clients to achieve best value. We believe that charging a percentage creates an immediate conflict of interest.
We aim for a quick response as we understand how frustrating it is to be made to wait.
We are always available on the phone or email. We will always do what we can to accommodate our clients, whether that’s a meeting at their house or a meeting out of hours.
Going above and beyond our fee scope. We will always help and advise wherever possible.
