We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision and requirements, followed by detailed planning and budgeting. Throughout the project, we provide regular updates and maintain open communication to keep you informed and involved. Our hands-on project management ensures that timelines are met, quality is upheld, and any issues are promptly addressed, resulting in a seamless and successful renovation experience.
Below are the pre-contract and post-contract stages that we will take you through for your project:
Pre-Build
Project Consultation
We will meet you for a free consultation so you can tell us about your plans or discuss your options, depending on your progress. Once we understand your project, we can establish the most appropriate way to deliver it.
Design, Planning & Tender Preparation
It is very important to be clear about the project requirements, what the builder is providing, what you are providing, and the scope. Getting this stage right is essential for the project to run smoothly.
Builder Appointment
Selecting the right builder is vital, and we assess them on cost and capability. We can introduce you to a selection of builders we consider most appropriate for your project and compile the contract and payment terms. It is also important for you to be comfortable with the contractor, and we encourage a meeting at the outset.
On-Site
Pre-Start Meeting
This meeting is to ensure all parties are clear on their roles, all the information required is available and correct, and everything is ready to go.
On-Site Project Management
We will provide you with updates and monitor progress with regular site visits. We will also liaise with you, suppliers, and the contractor to coordinate deliveries to the site.
Contract Administration
We manage and record all variations during the project and keep you informed of the running costs. We also undertake all of the contract administration, including issuing the necessary certificates and notices.
Snagging & Final Sign-Off
Once the project has reached the final stages, we will compile a snagging list for the builder to tackle prior to handover. This is the final step before you receive your successfully completed project.
